> Every paid letter and Letter+ Unlimited comes with a 14-day full refund. How to ask for one, how long it takes and what happens to your letter after.

If a paid letter or Letter+ Unlimited isn’t right for you, you can have your money back.

## 14 days, full refund

Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund the full amount. You don’t need to give a reason.

## How to ask

Write to [hello@crushonyou.app](mailto:hello@crushonyou.app) from the email you used at checkout, or use the contact form and choose “Refund request”. Include the letter’s link if you have it.

## What happens next

- We refund to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
- A refunded letter becomes a free letter: it keeps working for 7 more days with the Classic design, then expires.
- A refunded Letter+ Unlimited ends Unlimited on your account, and letters sent with it become free letters the same way.

## After 14 days

We may still help in special cases, such as a charge you didn’t make or a letter that never worked because of a problem on our side. Write to us.
