Refund Policy: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every paid letter and Letter+ Lifetime is a one-time payment with a 7-day money-back guarantee. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

What you pay

A Letter costs $1.99, a Letter+ $3.99 and Letter+ Lifetime $9.99 once (shown in your local currency at checkout). At checkout you tick a box to agree to the Terms of Use and this Refund Policy, including the 7-day money-back guarantee. Stripe emails your receipt.

7-day money-back guarantee

Write to us within 7 days of paying, tell us why, and we refund the full amount. Example: you buy Letter+ Lifetime for $9.99 on November 10; you can ask until November 17 and get $9.99 back.

How to ask

Write to hello@crushonyou.app from the email you used at checkout, or use the contact form and choose “Refund request”. Tell us the reason in a line, and include the letter’s link if you have it.

What happens next

We refund to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
A refunded letter becomes a free letter: it keeps working for 7 more days with the Classic design, then expires.
A refunded Letter+ Lifetime ends it on your account, and letters sent with it become free letters the same way.

After 7 days

Payments are non-refundable after 7 days, except where the law of your country says otherwise.

Billing errors

A duplicate charge, or a charge caused by a technical error on our side, is always refunded in full, whenever you spot it. Write to us with the date and amount.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first: we answer every payment question. Opening a payment dispute (a chargeback) with your bank suspends your Crush on You account until the dispute is resolved. While it’s suspended you can still sign in and contact us, but you can’t use the account or pay for new letters. When the dispute is closed in our favor, the account opens again; when the bank returns the payment to you, it stays suspended.

Earlier purchases

Purchases made before November 4, 2026 keep the terms in force when they were made.
